For those awaiting approval, many are being notified as you read this that they?ve been approved. We?re approving users in small groups, testing the new servers to ensure the transition goes smoothly, for all parties involved.
The new features include:
- Segmentation reporting for referrers, browser types, platforms, screen resolutions, and languages.
- Category and directory monitoring and tracking.
- Expansion of the Event Notification feature.
- Improved User Interface updates
- Improved performance and speed.
- The Live Map features country-specific zooming.
Co-founder Elie Khoury explains that the inclusion of segmentation, the ability to divide up your blog metrics into specific groups or segments that share common characteristics, will continue to improve with upcoming releases of Woopra. ?I?m excited about offering this feature to Woopra users to help them learn more about their visitors and the characteristics that link visitors together, looking behind the numbers, beyond traditional demographics research. By gathering this information in real-time, the user can better serve the customers faster.?
Khoury says that the ability to track specific categories and directories allows users to monitor specific physical directories and action within them. This includes virtual categories as created with WordPress pretty permalinks, allowing the blogger to track activity within a specific post category.
You can still sign up for a Woopra invite and you will receive approval on a first come, first serve basis as we release them over the next week or so. Since Woopra is still in beta testing, we will continue to limit access while we improve our product and services.
