		<description>I am having a few problems since Norton downloaded the internet security that was already downloaded on my computer as a trial, when I renewed last week.  Since then I am unable to do a few things I did before.  Also if I had a clearer understanding of what each feature means then I would know what I need and do not need. Please help me. :(</description>
