This is for xp users, in some versions of windows.search may be like one of the 2 images. i had the one in the left and it was so annoying. i used to click the link in the bottom to move to the normal one. but finally i had a solution to uninstall it and get rid of this search. it always says that windows search is not running.and i have to run it. i never had a problem like it in the normal one. finally i had to uninstall it. it was installed with windows so it wasn’t found in add-remove programs. i was looking for an easy and simple solution for this and finally i found it and it was removed ( the 2 screen shots are from the same computer)
simply just download this file. and run “spuninst.exe” and and continue with uninstalling it. you may cancel the restart. it is not realy necessary. and if you need this advice then keep a copy of the file before using it. i noticed that after using it. spuninst.exe is deleted. so it is better to keep a copy of it before using it.
