How to enable the task manager…..

sometimes a virus disables the task manager.this is because some users can use the task manager to end the process of the virus and dystroy it.of course the virus will not want so and it will prevent you from that.i know 2 solutions for that trouble

the first is to get something better than the task manager like process explorer

or use that way to enable the task manager again
