Mozilla Firefox 3.5 Final
After all the betas and release candidates the final version of Firefox 3.5 is out. The final which in changes is similar to the RC versions except for a few final tweaks and bug fixes does have a lot of new additions and important features when compared to the older 3.0.xx version. The main changes are as follows;
- Private Browsing
- A new JavaScript engine
- Location Aware Browsing
- Support for Native JSON and web worker threads
- New improved Gecko layout engine
And support for new technologies such as HTML5 video support, JavaScript query selectors,some new CSS properties and SVG transforms. It also includes session managing options, filters to the AwesomeBar, and new tab features(i.e tabtearing)

Well the mozilla team just released RC3 of their wonderful browser Firefox. The changelog won’t be available until later, but the download links are working, so happy leeching.

Get Firefox 3.1 Beta 1
Get the latest version of the Mighty Firefox the Firefox 3.1 Beta 1. Finally I?m happy to report that Mozilla has released yet another release of my favourite browser. This time all or most of the past issues with Firefox has been dealt with especially issues like high memory use and frequent crashes (in the minefield version).
This new version uses very low amount of RAM compared to Firefox 3.03, this uses 29MB. This is much more stable than Shiretoko and the TAB SWITCHER is much more improved with Aero glass effect for Windows Vista users. As far as I can say as a Firefox fan, they have optimized it really good and it works superb, and the rendering is very good as well. All thanks to those at Firefox development teams, who tirelessly work for our better browsing. Thank you guys.

Backup your Firefox profile with FEBE
I’m a person who cannot live without Firefox. I’m completely addicted to it. And backing up the FF profile is very important and one of the most crucial things for me. All this while I used the superb program called MozBackup, but today I found FEBE (Firefox Environment Backup Extension) and it’s directly went to my most wanted Firefox addons collection.
I liked the older version which was made for Firefox 2.x (FEBE 5.0) but the new Firefox 3.x series broke the extension, but now I’m happy that It’s back to work perfectly with Firefox 3.x. I tried it with Shiretoko (Firefox 3.1a2) as well and it works perfect.
The best thing about this new version is the fact that it contains a feature that allows the user to upload the backup file to box.net a third part free private filehosting site. This is the most eyecatching feature for me, and this is the reason I’m switching to FEBE from MozBackup.
