Update Notifier is a utility that scans your computer and lists them if there are any updates available. These updates can be downloaded from a link given by cleansofts.org (Update Notifier web page) or an alternative link which usually is the official link to a particular software, this is the only disadvantage of this program at the moment. A direct download link would have been a much better option. Comparing to other software update checkers the main advantages are the less ram usage (around 5MB to 7MB), ability to run as a standalone app and correct results. There is also a filter system which can be used to filter software’s to your needs.
