It seems, that the Mozilla corporation is working heavily on the upcoming versions of Firefox. While Firefox 3 is still in Beta Phase. Now they released a nightly that has the Version “Minefield/ 4.0a1pre” It is using the Gecko engine 2008030402 while Firefox 3 Beta 4 is using 2008030305.
Firefox 4 successfully passed the ACID 2 Test.

Err… Minefield is one of the oldest Firefox 3 betas, it is out at least a half year. I’ve had it, it’s like Fx2. I like that it allows to resize the whole page, not just the text.

pls read the about screen. Minefield is the name given to any Firefox browsers when its in alpha stages. Firefox 3 was the minefield u were talking about. This is the new minefield. Old minefield is now a full working beta. Firefox 4 is the new minefield until it comes out of alpha stages
OK, thanks. I didn’t know they all are Minefields. And the pics didn’t open when I clicked on them ;-( but that’s probably because my connection worked too slow (I was downloading something at the moment). Btw I registered in the forum!
