What it does: Simply what the name says it does, switches the transparent aero bar to opaque and vice versa.
Why use it: Because its there to be used 
Works only with Live Messenger 14.0.8064.0206 (according to developer). No problems or conflicts here except that if you don’t have aero this won’t give you aero by using it.
