Firefox 3.6 Beta 1 Released

This is bit late, but if you are dying to test Firefox 3.6 and have not yet been informed of it, well here it is. There are some major changes introduced here including built in support for personas. So if you haven’t got it yet well here is your chance download and see the web through the eyes of a next generation Fox. :)

Main Features Introduced in 3.6 beta 1

  • Users can now change their browser’s appearance with a single click, with built in support for Personas.
  • Firefox 3.6 will alert users about out of date plugins to keep them safe.
  • Open, native video can now be displayed full screen, and supports poster frames.
  • Support for the WOFF font format.
  • Improved JavaScript performance, overall browser responsiveness and startup time.
  • Support for new CSS, DOM and HTML5 web technologies.

    Actually i thought that there will be 3.7 without 3.6 ..
    well, till now 3.5.4 is good enough for me :)
