This A-Patch version is for Windows Live Messenger v14.0.8064.0206 which was released a few days ago. The patch is still in beta and still lacks the full features usually available in A-Patch. The change log states no major changes, only compatibility fixes. Still its the only patch(stable) you can get at the moment.

Note: Keep in mind to either restore any backups made by the old a-patch before you update messenger or you might have to uninstall messenger and re-install.
Going a bit off topic Messenger plus live 4.80.0.356 is compatible with the new WLM version so you do not have to change that.
