This is a special modified version of the public beta of Windows Live Messenger 9. This skin contains some of the most requested user settings for the public beta. This skin enhances parts of Messenger 9 to suit the overall design better.

This skin itself is a beta and was only constructed as a proof of concept that skinning can still be done on 9 properly. It may contain a few bugs here and there but overall it is solid. No support will be given on this skin as it is for a beta version of Messenger and a beta version of Messenger Plus! Live. The skins option panel is only available in English.

It seems the author has discontinued it after Messenger 9 final was released. I guess it has too many incompatibilities…
