Understanding Windows 7’s ‘GodMode’

Windows 7’s so-called GodMode is actually a shortcut to accessing the operating system’s various control settings.
Although it’s name suggests perhaps even grander capabilities, Windows enthusiasts are excited over the discovery of a hidden “GodMode” feature that lets users access all of the operating system’s control panels from within a single folder.
Make Firefox remember login data and passwords
Now as everybody could notice until now, Firefox at some point has a problem with keeping you logged into certain sites, if not ALL of them.
I’m sure that most of you already experienced something like this. Starting firefox only to see that you’re not logged into the respective site. I know I had trouble with staying logged into youtube, and some other forums I generally browse.

Installing Windows 7 from a USB Drive: Newbie Guide
There have been a lot of installing Vista/Win7 via USB articles in the recent past, all using different types of methods. Now with Windows 7 round the corner and with the RC version being a success people have started to tryout Windows 7 and I’ve received a lot of mail, some stating it works and for some it doesn’t. Mainly there are responses about these methods being not easy to follow unless you have a fair knowledge about these stuff.
So in this tutorial I have used the easiest way to create a bootable USB that you can use to install Windows 7 (or Vista) and this will probably be the final post as well.
Creating the bootable USB drive:
Requirements
- An ISO Image of Windows 7 (any version)
- UltraISO (not free, but a trial version would do)
- A USB drive consisting more than 2.5GB (4GB drive is more than enough)
Home page never changed

Alot of applications change the home page of the browser when they are installed.i can mention that some change the home page to ask.com or yahoo.com….
It is so annoying that you have to restore the home page again everytime one of these programs change it. now i don’t have to restore it anymore cuz it won’t be changed anymore
i found this way that will make the home page never changed
Windows 7:Enable the Built-in Administrator Account
Windows 7 comes with a built-in administrator account, this was also the same in Vista. The advantage of the administrator account is that it has full access and permission on the computer. This account is named Administrator and disabled by default.
Here’s how you enable it
1. Open a command prompt with admin privileges (also knows as an elevated command prompt)
2. Type net user administrator /active:yes to enable the account.
You can change it to net user administrator /active:no to disable the account.
You can also enable the Administrator account using the Local Users and Groups Manager (lusrmgr.msc)
Remove windows search and back to common search

This is for xp users, in some versions of windows.search may be like one of the 2 images. i had the one in the left and it was so annoying. i used to click the link in the bottom to move to the normal one. but finally i had a solution to uninstall it and get rid of this search. it always says that windows search is not running.and i have to run it. i never had a problem like it in the normal one. finally i had to uninstall it. it was installed with windows so it wasn’t found in add-remove programs. i was looking for an easy and simple solution for this and finally i found it and it was removed ( the 2 screen shots are from the same computer)
simply just download this file. and run “spuninst.exe” and and continue with uninstalling it. you may cancel the restart. it is not realy necessary. and if you need this advice then keep a copy of the file before using it. i noticed that after using it. spuninst.exe is deleted. so it is better to keep a copy of it before using it.
Enjoy
