Build an Adjustable Standing Desk

Various studies have shown that sitting at your desk all day is not good for your health.  One man has discided to try and do something about it. In his words: “This project got stared the other day when I read a couple of posts on the Lifehacker web site about the health risks of working while sitting all the time. I got inspired to do something about it and decided that I would build myself a desk that I could stand at. One of the goals that I had for the desk was to make it versatile enough to be used in a number of settings. My thought was something that I could use in my office, but might also be used with a treadmill.”

Check If Your Wordpress Blog is Hacked

Recently there was a big security issue of older versions of wordpress sites being hacked. Well this is because of the security flaws the older versions had. Unfortunately for those who did not upgrade to the newer versions, had to be the victims of this new Trojan.
The attack methodology is a hack which creates a new administrator account in your blog and hides it from your view using clever JavaScript.
The easiest way to stop this attack is to upgrade to the latest version of WordPress, but if you are already running an old build and want to see if your site has been already attacked…
Go to the control panel of your hosting control panel
Under the database category open “php my admin”.
